He is an honors graduate of Davidson College, holds a masters degree from Harvard University and is a graduate and faculty member of Georgetown University's leadership coaching program. He is the author of The Next Level: What Insiders Know About Executive Success (Davies - Black, 2006). Scott's work and thinking has been featured in numerous publications including Training and Development magazine and the Washington Business Journal.
